I am highly enjoying my 2022 Shred. Seems like a really well made bike that is a pleasure to ride. I’m looking forward to many many more miles.

Haven't used yet. Still waiting for the battery. This bike is for my wife and a smaller, updated version of my 2019 Shred. I have no problem with my bike (except the occasional chain drop)and really enjoy riding it on- and off-road.

2022 Shred received and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately the bike rack and fenders were missing from packaging, and as the battery (48v 20ah) is shipped separately-it has not yet arrived. Therefore as the bike is yet to be ridden I will follow up with a comment after missing items are shipped and received. After extensive research, I chose the Surface 604 Shred and I am looking forward to a great ride. Additionally, my wife says the bike looks “Fancy”!

Riding ebikes since 2018 Have my first colt 604 still.Also Bull road bike.Bought a shred this year after 4 month order wait glad i did.Best one motor so quiet.All you hear are tires no biggie.As other posts hit a bump chain comes off.Buy larger battery eats it up.30 mile ride 70% battery gone.Using throttle will do that.Off road dirt eater.Climbs hills great.
I Love my Shred and Surface 604 Stands By Their Product
I really love my Shred. It's very hard to ride a non-ebike now for me. It just makes me want to be out there exploring. Also, I want to call out that the the Surface 604 team stands by their product. When I had an issue with my first bike they were on top of it and ended up sending me a new replacement bike and it was the same when my battery died - Phil walked me through troubleshooting steps and ultimately ended up sending me a new one. Again, they will not leave you stranded and will be there for you which is rare to find in companies. I've been specifically working with Phil and he is just wonderful to work with. (Thanks again for all your help Phil!) I'm very confident recommending the Surface 604 Shred as I know they will be there if anything happens.
